She began her career as the head of Consultation Liaison (CL) Psychology at Surrey Memorial Hospital where she focused on building a thriving and highly collaborative CL service which provides psychiatric care for patients on surgical and medical wards as well as the palliative care and oncology units. She also received an Facilities Engagement grant to develop guidelines for managing vulnerable patients in the hospital.

She is also the Provincial Practice Director for Psychiatry within BC Cancer, Clinical Associate professor at UBC, and the Past-President BC Psychiatric Association. She is an assistant professor at Tufts University School of Medicine in the Department of Psychiatry and adjunct faculty in the UM PM&R & Family Medicine residency programs. She has an ongoing interest in musculoskeletal research and educational. She is currently teaching Neuromuscular and Musculoskeletal Medicine to Family Medicine residents and has ongoing research projects in musculoskeletal education electrodiagnostic medicine, as well as performing arts medicine.

Dr. Pulkit Sing completed her medical degree at the University of New South Wales before finishing her Psychiatry Residency at the University of British Columbia. Dr Theresa Lo is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, where she completed her medical school and residency in psychiatry.
